The sunny kitchen at the rear of the house is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, 2 ovens, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer. From the window there’s a bird table on the stone wall and a good place to spot birds feeding. There’s a shallow step down to the dining area and a table to sit up to six.

A step up from the dining area finds the cosy characterful sitting room with log burner, comfortable seating, a window seat, large coffee table and large smart TV, perfect for a night in playing family games or watching a film together.

From the sitting room, the study gives lends itself for somewhere to work or read. There’s a WC under the generously wide staircase which leads to a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms, a twin, a single and the master double which a has an en-suite shower room with large shower.

The sunny stone walled garden with flower beds is yours to enjoy. There’s a small shed for your wellies, and 2 of your bikes.
